INTRODUCTION
Located on one of the most stunning lots on the whole of the Sunshine Coast (no, really!), The Landing boasts beautiful views across the Howe Sound.
With that in mind, one of the main focuses of this build was to ensure that the incredible vista was easily appreciated across every level of the home. Thanks to the visionary plans crafted by Home Designer (Gnar Inc.), this goal was not only met but exceeded.
INSIGHT
Inspired by a homeowner who values fine craftsmanship, and has a keen eye for detail, The Landing was conceptualized as a space that merges elevated luxury with cozy home comforts. Beyond the stunning views; it was vital to create an environment optimized for relaxation and entertaining.
While expansive windows were fitted to showcase the incredible panorama and flood the interiors with natural light, equal importance was given to ensuring that each zone of the house is inviting: radiating warmth, good energy and coziness.
THE OUTCOME

From the retaining wall and soffit on the exterior to the stunning Luxe Kitchens cabinetry in the kitchen.
Natural beauty enhanced
The windows frame a sensational view, and tempered glass deck/balcony railings ensure an unobscured view of The Sound.
Cozy privacy
Every nook of this build exudes warmth and privacy, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a mini-suite complete with kitchenette downstairs.
